Interconnect Management Portal

One of the key advantages of building coverage using Quiconnect’s virtual network approach is a greater degree of control and insight than is offered by alternatives such as multiple direct bilateral connections or network aggregation.

With the Interconnect Management Portal, Quiconnect provides customers with a range of project, reporting, configuration and support tools to allow easy online management of each customer’s virtual network.

Building out a virtual network involving a large number of partners can involve a number of project threads and a good deal of documentation. Using our Portal as the central hub for project documentation and communications ensures that key data is well organised and easily accessible to project team members.

Usage reporting

Whether on their home network or roaming onto other hotspots, understanding where end users are logging on within the virtual network is essential for maximising the value of roaming relationships. Our real-time reporting tools provide detailed up-to-the-minute information about the access behaviour of end users – all from the one source, and without waiting for the next billing cycle.

Hotspot data management

To use the hotspots available to them through virtual networks, end users need first to locate them. Our Portal provides an interface for you to easily upload and updated hotspot information and to download this data for use in marketing materials and directories.

Monitoring and support

To ensure high availability of the virtual network, Quiconnect monitors key infrastructure components in both Quiconnect and partner networks and presents status information in the portal for customer use. Should anything go wrong with the connections to your roaming partners, we offer the ability to lodge support requests online. While issues are being resolved you can also use the Portal to track progress or supply additional information.
