Marketing Executive

Customers include medium and large mobile and fixed-line telephone operators and ISPs providing mobile broadband IP services to end users. Quiconnect currently has offices in the UK (London), France (Grenoble), the US (San Diego), and Hong Kong.

Quiconnect seeks a Marketing Executive to join our marketing team in London, reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager. You are smart, well-rounded, creative, and organised. You also enjoy working with a wide range of people, and multi-tasking. You will be a team player, with strong written and oral communication skills and a `can do’ attitude. You are interested in broadening your skill set by taking on new tasks assigned to you in various areas of a quickly-growing company.

You will have some experience of executing and implementing campaigns across a range of marketing communications fields. The role will also require some general administrative support for the London office which will comprise approximately 20% of the role.

You have:

• Exemplary written and spoken communication skills
• 1-3 years of related work experience
• Some experience of implementing and measuring marketing campaigns
• A university degree preferably in business or marketing
• Broad experience across marcoms functions, preferably including PR and event management
• English as your mother tongue; and possibly other language skills
• High level of attention to detail while working on multiple work streams

Your responsibilities will be to:

• Communicate the Quiconnect brand and associated marketing tools
• Execute campaigns to support sales revenue targets eg development of sales tools and collateral
• Manage internal communications eg newsletters, intranet content management
• Generate content and manage/co-ordinate design for external communication eg e-customer newsletters, direct mailers, web banners
• Support PR effort ? assist with testimonial and press release development via PR agency
• Implement database marketing programmes using CRM tool
• Plan, co-ordinate and support events as required including preparing powerpoint slides
• Update & maintain Quiconnect website content, using content management tool, as well as assist with future e-marketing campaigns
• Assist marketing team with market research and additional support as required
• Support UK team, including the CFO and Head of Marketing, in an administrative capacity as well as answering phones, management of vendors/services and facilities etc
