Quiconnect CEO presents at the Wireless Airlines & Airports Conference, Paris

The Wireless Airlines and Airports Conference took place in Paris on 9 and 10 May, supported by leading wireless associations from across Europe.  A key industry event, this brings together wireless pioneers from the aviation industry to learn about effective strategies in implementing wireless solutions at airports and airlines.

 Quiconnect CEO Troy Simoni, took part on the second day and focused on "Capitalising on Wireless VoIP".  Simoni talked about how corporations worldwide are adopting VoIP, the evolution into wireless VoIP, usage patterns and global adoption and how airports can capitalise on VoIP.

  Fellow speakers included Charlie Kwong, Technology Exploitation Consultant, British Airways; William Thompson, Vice President Corporate Sales & Distribution, Boeing Connexions; Raj Burman, Director Business Development, iPass and Xavier Aubry, Co-founder, Appear Networks.

 Simoni commented, "This conference was a great opportunity for Quiconnect to showcase VoIP services and solutions for the airport industry.  We felt this conference brought together the best enterprise decision makers and a chance for some effective networking".
