Quiconnect signs support function contract with Mindpearl
Leading global connectivity solution services integrator, Quiconnect, has signed a contract with Mindpearl AG, a foremost global provider of customer care solutions has signed a contract. Under this alliance, Quiconnect’s customers will receive local language help in gaining Internet and email connectivity, as well as answers to billing and sales enquiries.
Quiconnect offers business travellers simplified broadband connectivity at affordable rates to give them access to their virtual office including email, the web and access to their corporate network. The service will be available in travel locations around the globe. Using their own laptop, a customer can access the internet via a wired connection or via a wireless WiFi connection. This innovative solution allows the business traveller to work as effectively from a business lounge as from their own office.
Mindpearl will initially provide 24x7 customer-helpdesk facilities in French and English. Quiconnect expects its product to quickly make a mark with travel partners and customers, with the resulting demand leading to rapid growth. Mindpearl’s ability to expand its support services to multiple languages, while maintaining one standard CRM platform, will enable them to provide consistent customer service no matter where in the world customers are using the product.
